2.  To provide safety, security, and salvation to the poor widows, abused, alcoholics, physically challenged, lepers, and beggars.

3.  To share God's eternal love to those who never heard the everlasting love of God.

4.  To train nationals as ministers and to plant churches to fulfill the Great Commision of our Lord Jesus Christ.
